This quick, balancing exercise is meant to stimulate the energy of the heart chakra. During my (Cara) remote energy sessions all last week, I found that the majority of the hearts who requested a healing, felt fatigued and weary. We find it so important to teach you the tools and practices to become your own healer so we wanted to pass out as much “heart medicine” as we can over here, especially as of late. We already gave you a quick breathing exercise last week and today, we give you the Heart Tap.
How to perform the Heart Tap:
Take one hand and place it on the upper center of your chest, where your heart chakra is located. Using your pointer, middle, and ring fingers, firmly tap one area for 20-30 seconds (this shouldn’t hurt). While you are tapping, inhale deeply with your nose and exhale with your mouth. You can imagine healing energy from your fingers to your heart chakra if you like. Do this up to 3xs a day, especially during the times when your heart is feeling heavy.
