A Mid Month Check In

Use this mid-month check-in as information, without judgment, labeling, guilt or shame. This moment right here is where you are so check in to see where that is. How are you doing? Is there a message your body wants you to listen to? Remember our bodies are constantly speaking to us, whether it’s through our chronic or reoccurring pain/sickness, bloating, injuries, tightness, our emotions, fatigue…and the list goes on. What has your body been saying to you lately? Pause. Spend 5 minutes with these questions. Ask yourself:

🗨️ How am I feeling right now?
🗨️ What is my body telling me?
🗨️ Is there an intention I want to set for the remainder of the month?
🗨️ Do I need to release something?
🗨️ Am I able to find more ways to rest/take care of myself?
🗨️ How can I show myself kindness right now?

The beauty of mid-month check-ins is that it reminds you that it’s never too late to choose something else, to come back to your intentions you might have set for the month. You haven’t missed out on anything nor have you failed. You are always being invited every minute to return. And return again. Now. And now. And now.
